UK delivery
We offer free UK delivery on orders over £45. UK orders below £45 are charged £4.99 for delivery. The delivery charge applicable to your order is confirmed at checkout.
When your order will be dispatched
Many jackets are available for prompt dispatch. Where an item is ready to send, we aim to dispatch it within approximately 72 hours of receiving your payment, excluding weekends and bank holidays. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Some style, colour and size combinations are prepared or manufactured after an order is placed and are usually dispatched within 2–3 weeks. Where this applies, the product page should state the expected dispatch time. We will contact you if we become aware of a material delay and will respect your statutory rights.
We email you when your order has been dispatched and provide tracking information where the carrier service supports it. Please check that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct.
International delivery
Our currently advertised standard international delivery charges are: Europe £30; USA £50; rest of the world £50. Available destinations and any applicable shipping charges are confirmed at checkout and may differ for particular orders.
Depending on the destination, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may be payable by the recipient if they have not been collected at checkout. Please check your local import rules before ordering. We will not describe taxes or duties as prepaid unless they have actually been collected.
