For most online orders you may notify us of cancellation within 14 days of receiving the goods, then send them back within a further 14 days. For change-of-mind returns the customer normally pays return postage. There is no need to give a reason. Please email contact@londonleathersdirect.com with your order number or read our full Returns policy at /policies/refund-policy. We are happy to help arrange an exchange if you prefer one. Nothing affects your statutory rights.

Many jackets are available for prompt dispatch. Selected style, colour and size combinations are prepared after ordering and are usually dispatched within 2–3 weeks. Check the product page for the dispatch estimate and contact us if you need a jacket by a particular date. We send tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

We aim to process refunds promptly. For a statutory online cancellation, we refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds.

We only sell genuine leather of high quality. Most of our stock is made from high quality nappa lamb leather.

Measure a jacket (cloth or leather) of your own that comfortably fits you by laying the jacket flat. Measure from under the arms across the chest. Then double the measurement for the back. Go on to the style that you like and when you press the sizes you will see what each jacket measures across the chest. Some styles vary in the measurement - there is not a standard chest measurement for all of the styles. Please note that these are the garment measurements – not the body measurements. For example a lady measuring her chest around her body might measure 36 inches but the jacket measurement will be 40 – 42 inches across the chest.

We mainly use Royal Mail 24 hour service. You will receive a tracking number once dispatched.

Once the order has been dispatched we will send you a tracking number and the courier.

If you go on the courier’s web site (usually Royal Mail) and go on Track and Trace. Enter the tracking number and you will see where the package is at.
