WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?

Any London Leathers Direct products can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the purchase for a refund or exchange. The customer pays for the return postage. Return any unworn and in the same condition as received to: London Leathers Direct, Unit 48 Affinty, Fleetwood, FY7 6AE. Please fill in the return form and write your name, the order number and whether you would like a replacement for a different style, different colour or different size or a full refund. Refunds are processed usually within 48 hours from receiving the return.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Usually if we receive the order before 2 pm – it will be processed that day and sent by Royal Mail on a 24 or 48 hour service. This is for items that are available for immediate dispatch (most of our items) If the style, colour and size is not available for immediate dispatch – we will contact you to let you know it will take approximately 10 – 15 days for the dispatch.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We aim to issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. Once we issue the refund it can take up to 5 working days to reach your account depending on your own bank.

ARE YOUR GOODS GENUINE LEATHER?

We only sell genuine leather of high quality. Most of our stock is made from high quality nappa lamb leather.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

Measure a jacket (cloth or leather) of your own that comfortably fits you by laying the jacket flat. Measure from under the arms across the chest. Then double the measurement for the back. Go on to the style that you like and when you press the sizes you will see what each jacket measures across the chest. Some styles vary in the measurement - there is not a standard chest measurement for all of the styles. Please note that these are the garment measurements – not the body measurements. For example a lady measuring her chest around her body might measure 36 inches but the jacket measurement will be 40 – 42 inches across the chest.

WHAT COURIER AND SERVICE DO YOU USE?

We mainly use Royal Mail 24 hour service. You will receive a tracking number once dispatched.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY PURCHASE HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

Once the order has been dispatched we will send you a tracking number and the courier.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOTARRIVED?

If you go on the courier’s web site (usually Royal Mail) and go on Track and Trace. Enter the tracking number and you will see where the package is at.

WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE THAN THE ONE I ORDERED?

Please contact us at contact@londonleathersdirect.com and it would be helpful if you put your name and order number and the size and style you would like to replace it with. On your return note – please write your name, order number and that style, colour and size you would like it replaced with. Return to the address on the return form.
