CUSTOMER ORDERS

All our items on the website are in stock at our London warehouse or from one of our stores.  They are ready for immediate dispatch.  However, in the unlikely event that your item is not available, you will be contacted immediately.

Your order will be processed once the payment is received. We will send you a confirmation email once the payment has been received. We will try to dispatch your order within 72 hours of receipt of payment.  We will contact you by email when the item has been dispatched.  Please check that the address is the correct address for delivery.  The delivery address you give to London Leathers Direct will be the address given to the courier. Sometimes there are delays that are out of our hands, in which case, we will contact you by phone or email.

On all orders you can pay by Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal. Prices are in UK pounds.

In the event that a pricing error has taken place internally or a software problem – we reserve the right to decline the order.

At London Leathers Direct your privacy and personal information is very important to us.  We do not share or sell your information to any third party.  We are dedicated to protecting our customer’s privacy.  We only give your address to the courier for delivery.

When a purchase is made on our web site, we ask for your name, phone number, email address and delivery address.  We also ask for the payment details.  Your data enables us to send you offers and future promotions. 

We do not provide your details to external companies for their marketing purposes.

MARKETING

From time to time we would like to send you details of offers and special promotions.  You can stop us from contacting you with offers, etc by Unsubscribing.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Our website and delivery service is running as normal in these uncertain times.  We take our customer’s safety and concerns very seriously.  Our warehouse is undertaking the highest level of safety and security.  Our couriers will operate a strict, no contact delivery service.

Products may vary from time to time as we are constantly updating details of zips, pockets, colour and other details. London Leathers Direct has the right to make changes to items on the website at any time.

 

Returns and Refunds

**Extended Christmas Returns**

Christmas Returns: For purchases made during the Christmas season, we've extended our returns period. Items bought from November 25th can be returned until January 7th.

Standard 14-Day Policy: From the time of delivery, you have 14 days to decide if your purchase is right for you. For returns or exchanges, send it back for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used at purchase. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Made-to-order or altered items are not refundable.

Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in the same condition as received - undamaged, unused, unworn, and with original tickets. Refunds may be reduced if items are not in a "re-saleable" condition.

Delivery Note: Include a copy of your delivery note with proof of purchase in the return package. Also include the reason for return, your name, order number, email address, and preference for exchange or refund.

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receiving your return, provided the returns note is included.

Post-Return Period: Returns are not accepted beyond the 14-day window, except for extended Christmas returns.

Damaged or Faulty Items: If an item is damaged in transit or faulty, we will refund your payment plus the cost of returning the item. If the damage or fault is not due to transit or inherent fault, return postage will not be refunded, and a full refund may not be provided.

Statutory Rights: These policies do not affect your statutory rights.

Online Purchase Returns: Items purchased online must be returned by mail with a copy of the delivery note.

Store Returns: Returns are not accepted at our walk-in stores owned by London Leathers Direct.
