A very comfortable, stylish blouson made from 100% quality soft nappa leather with polyester lining

    14 Days - From the time of delivery of your purchase you will have 14 days to decide whether it is the right choice for you.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase and for any reason you would like to return or exchange it – you can send it back for a refund or an exchange.  You will receive your refund in the same form of payment that you used at the time of purchase. The cost of returning the item is your own responsibility.  Any item that was made to order or altered in any way are not refundable.

    Same condition - Items must be returned in the exact same condition they were sent out to you in.   Please return the items in a “re-saleable” condition.  Items must be undamaged, unused, unworn and with the original tickets.  We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item is returned in a condition that would not be expected if trying on the item in our store.

    Delivery note - Please can you put a copy of your delivery note with proof of purchase in the box with the returned item so we can deal with the return quickly and efficiently.  Please include in the box the reason for the return, your name, order number, email address and whether you would like an exchange or refund.

    Refund up to 10 working days - Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving your return as long as the returns note is in the box with the returned item.

    Items cannot be returned after the 14 day return policy. 

    If an item is damaged in transit or in the very unlikely event be faulty, we will refund your payment plus the cost of returning the item.  On inspection of the item we see that the damage or fault was not from being in transit or a fault with the item the return postage will not be refunded and a full refund will not be made.

    This does not affect your statutory rights.

    All items purchased online must be returned by mail with a copy of the delivery note. 

    Returns will not be accepted at our walk in stores that are owned by London Leathers Direct.

    Can’t fault the the service from London Leathers Direct, but the leather jackets size varies. So be careful when ordering your size. My experience was I had to send back my jacket for exchange due to size too small by 3 sizes. Once you get the right size the quality of the jacket is excellent.

    WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

    Any London Leathers Direct products can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the purchase for a refund or exchange.

    The customer pays for the return postage.

    Return any unworn and in the same condition as received to: London Leathers Direct, Unit 48 Affinty, Fleetwood, FY7 6AE. Please fill in the return form and write your name, the order number and whether you would like a replacement for a different style, different colour or different size or a full refund.

    Refunds are processed usually within 48 hours from receiving the return.

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    Usually if we receive the order before 2 pm – it will be processed that day and sent by Royal Mail on a 24 or 48 hour service. This is for items that are available for immediate dispatch (most of our items)

    If the style, colour and size is not available for immediate dispatch – we will contact you to let you know it will take approximately 10 – 15 days for the dispatch.

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

    We aim to issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. Once we issue the refund it can take up to 5 working days to reach your account depending on your own bank.

    ARE YOUR GOODS GENUINE LEATHER?

    We only sell genuine leather of high quality. Most of our stock is made from high quality nappa lamb leather.

    HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

    Measure a jacket (cloth or leather) of your own that comfortably fits you by laying the jacket flat. Measure from under the arms across the chest. Then double the measurement for the back. Go on to the style that you like and when you press the sizes you will see what each jacket measures across the chest. Some styles vary in the measurement - there is not a standard chest measurement for all of the styles.

    Please note that these are the garment measurements – not the body measurements. For example a lady measuring her chest around her body might measure 36 inches but the jacket measurement will be 40 – 42 inches across the chest.

    We mainly use Royal Mail 24 hour service. You will receive a tracking number once dispatched.

    Once the order has been dispatched we will send you a tracking number and the courier.

    WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED?

    If you go on the courier’s web site (usually Royal Mail) and go on Track and Trace. Enter the tracking number and you will see where the package is at.

    WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE THAN THE ONE I ORDERED?
