Love My Lucy Jacket. This arrived very quickly and sizing as described. Slightly large for me, but will be ideal for autumn and winter weather with a jumper. Leather is super soft, and quality is excellent. I am really pleased with this purchase and will buy more from LLD in the future.
I ordered a waistcoat as a gift for my dad. There was a delay with my order, so, I messaged after hours on a Friday and got a response right away from Celia. She promised it would go out again first thing the next day, with a wee gift as a token of apology (lovely). She also advised me regarding sizing. Following her advice, I went with the larger size. Celia assured me she would arrange free collection and returns if it didn't fit. No need, as the waistcoat arrived by Sunday afternoon, and was a perfect fit. My dad was delighted. Absolutely fabulous It is quite heavy so really it is spring autumn clothing or even winter with a thick long sleeved shirt

After the 5xl (my hubby’s usual size) turned out to be 4-5 inches away from meeting across his tummy, I knew a 6xl wouldn’t be big enough either. 7xl wasn’t available so I took a chance on the 8xl. It fits like a glove! The whole process of returning and getting a refund for the smaller one and re-ordering in a larger size was easy. Celia definitely went above and beyond to get the 8xl to me quickly. Delivery was fast, as was the refund. Will not hesitate to purchase again!

I bought the same waistcoat "Teddy" last year, but in brown. That probably shows how satisfied I have been.
The leather is very soft and the waistcoat is very comfortable to wear.
The size "M" is a bit too wide for me, so I had it made tighter by a local tailor.
What I don't like: I had to pay about 24€ customs and fees, so a total of 118€. I feel that's too much, so I won't be ordering anything from the UK again in the future. I am very sorry.
